How to Release or Block Emails in Spam Filter

1. Visit https://login.mimecast.com/ and login using your email. Click Next.

2. You will be prompted for your password, enter it and click Log In.

3. You will be taken to a view of all emails that are held in the spam filter.

4. Click on an email that you want to Release to your email or Block permanently. Click the Thumbs up or Thumbs down button to release or block the email respectively. You will have three options under Thumbs Up:

• Release Message - Allows only this specific email through the filter
• Release Message and Permit Sender - Allows this specific email AND any emails sent by the sender.
• Release Message and Permit Domain - Allows this specific email AND any emails sent from the domain (the domain is the site the email comes from, i.e. wellsfargo.com, officedepot.com, etc.)

Under Thumbs Down, the three options are simply the inverse of the Thumbs Up options, allowing you to reject and block emails.
