Zoom Rooms - Join a scheduled meeting

• Tap Meeting List on the touch screen controller
• Select your meeting
• Click Start - that's it!

If your meeting is coming up in ~5 minutes, your screen may look like this...

The meeting will connect w/ room camera, ceiling speakers, and microphones all turned on.

To present content to the meeting, just plug in the HDMI cable (if available), or join the meeting wirelessly from your laptop:

• Open Zoom
• Click "Join"
• Click Share Screen
