Adding an alternate sign-in method

1. Sign in to https://aka.ms/mfasetup
2. Click Add Method
3. Choose another method to authenticate with

Authentication Options

Call to phone

• A verification phone call comes to any phone number you set and authentication is completed by pressing the # key

Text message to phone

• A 6 digit code is sent to the your cell phone, and that code is then entered to complete sign in

Notification through mobile app

• A notification is approved or denied from an application downloaded on your mobile device

Verification code from mobile app

• A verification code from your mobile device is entered to complete sign in

Verification code from hardware token

• A verification code from a keychain hardware token provided by Second Harvest is entered to complete sign in
• To get a hardware token, please submit an IT ticket
