Multi-factor authentication (MFA) offers better security than simply using a username and password. By combining something you know (like a password) with something you have (like your mobile device or a keychain token), you are providing a higher degree of confidence that you are who you say you are when signing in to cloud applications at Second Harvest (SharePoint, Zoom, Salesforce, etc.).
